When you submit a form (valuation, buyer inquiry, contact, newsletter), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and property details, along with your consent to be contacted.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request (home valuations, listing alerts, market updates), and follow up about buying or selling real estate. We process leads through our CRM (Follow Up Boss) and related tools.
By submitting a form with the consent checkbox, you agree to receive electronic communications from us. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us directly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., CRM, email, form processing) and as required by law.
This site uses a visitor tracking pixel provided by Follow Up Boss, our CRM, which records pages viewed and links a returning visitor to an existing contact record where one exists. It does not load until you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, it is suppressed and stays suppressed. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and you can reverse it by clearing your browser storage for this site.
This site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors read. Before you make a choice on the cookie notice, or if you decline, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied mode: it sets no cookies and sends only anonymous, aggregated signals that cannot identify you. If you accept, it may set analytics cookies so that return visits and page paths can be measured. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google privacy and terms for partner sites.
This site also uses Google Ads conversion measurement on the thank-you page, so that a message or valuation request can be counted against the ad that led to it. Like Google Analytics, it runs in a consent-denied mode until you accept the cookie notice: no cookies, only an anonymous, aggregated count. If you accept, it may set a conversion cookie so that a visit from an ad can be matched to the request you sent. We do not use this data for remarketing or personalized advertising, and we do not run any other advertising pixels or third-party ad tracking on this site.
