Local roots, a real approach.
I'm a full-time REALTOR® with Faris Team Real Estate Brokerage and one of the leading agents working in Simcoe County and Georgian Bay. This isn't a territory I cover, it's home. I live here, and I've invested in every community I serve, from Tiny and Midland to Penetanguishene and Tay.
Because I understand this area and the life it offers, I can paint a real picture of what it's like to live here. For sellers, that means marketing your home around the life it comes with, the water, the towns, the schools and the shoreline, so it stands out and sells for more. For buyers, it means helping you weigh the real value of moving into the area, not just the house. I'm young enough to market a home the way buyers search today, and seasoned enough to price, position and negotiate to the result you're after.
The work has been recognized: I was named Best Realtor in the 2025 Midland Readers' Choice Awards, and I'm the number one rated agent for Midland and Penetanguishene on RateMyAgent. When I'm not on a listing, you'll find me out on Georgian Bay or down on the dock at Wye Heritage with my partner Courtney and our two dogs, and giving back through the local causes below.
