Every name here has earned a spot the same way, by doing excellent work for people I care about. It is a small list on purpose. I would rather stand behind a few pros I know than hand you a directory. It will grow as I add the trades and specialists I rely on most.

Steve builds year-round in this market, from prestigious one-acre custom homes to waterfront shoreline builds and in-town waterfront communities. He knows the soil, the townships, and the trades here because he has built through all of it.

Estate & succession law
Suzanne is a partner at HGR Graham Partners LLP in Penetanguishene, called to the Ontario bar in 2013, handling estate and succession matters for families across Georgian Bay. When a cottage is passing between generations and the family does not have a lawyer of their own yet, she is who I call.
Wills, estates & real estate law
Ben is an associate at HGR Graham Partners LLP. He was raised in Tiny, Ontario, and went to school in Penetanguishene before Queen's University, where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then his Juris Doctor. While he was at university he was part of the Kingston music scene, playing charity concerts with different bands.
He summered and articled at a Toronto firm, then came home and joined HGR Graham Partners in 2024. He is based in the Penetanguishene office and is happy to meet clients across the firm's locations. His practice is focused primarily on residential and commercial real estate and wills and estates, along with aspects of corporate law. He also helps clients with planning matters such as severances and easements. His areas of practice are Estates & Corporate, and Real Estate.
He has handled closings on deals I have been part of, and when I wanted plain answers on wills, executors and powers of attorney for families here, he is who I sat down with. He takes the time to explain every document in plain English. Away from the office he golfs, fishes, and spends time at his family's cottage on Georgian Bay. He made the most of his time in the city, and he is glad to be home serving the community he grew up in.
