- Safe, affordable and attainable housing: support and attract development with practical solutions for seniors, families and young people
- Community safety: listening to residents, working with the OPP and backing efforts like the Hope, Housing and Health Symposium
- Responsible taxation: municipal tax increases at or below the rate of inflation without cutting core services
- Supporting downtown and local business through the BIA, and protecting local jobs through the Simcoe Auto Mayors
- Midland Bay Landing: revisit the plans so decisions reflect responsible planning and the community's vision; revisit shared services with neighbours
