Priorities
- Audit and reduce the scope of the new administration building
- Direct spending to critical infrastructure and core services, with an annual report on how tax dollars were spent
- Strip back the Dynamic Beach By-law, end excessive short-term rental regulations, end lawsuits against property owners and stop over-regulating signs on private property
- Govern in the open: end the overuse of in-camera sessions, with earlier notice and plain-language summaries for every decision
- Regular town halls: "listen first, act second"
