  1. Cap and freeze tax increases wherever possible
  2. Secure verified financial figures on the administration building and put fiscally responsible options to residents
  3. A volunteer citizen-led finance committee and annual budget surveys
  4. End unnecessary closed-door meetings and hold regular town halls
  5. Fix core infrastructure first (roads, drainage, flooding and culverts), and create a volunteer Environmental Committee
