- A family-friendly beachfront and a corporate-sponsored Main Street revitalization
- Open council: reinstate a resident comment period at the start of meetings, recorded in-camera meetings and a public cheque registry
- Windrow snow removal for all seniors and vulnerable residents with no GIS requirement
- Support bringing more doctors, affordable housing and more government grants
